Jordan aims to address global issues in climate change, water shortage, and transportation by improving energy systems and technology. His interests include phase change, two-phase flow, thermal energy storage, and “smart” technologies.
Jordan is interested in sports and all they have to offer. He was a four year member of the MIT Varsity Track and Field team as an undergraduate, competing primarily in pole vault and the decathlon. Now, he can be found playing ultimate frisbee, racquetball, volleyball, basketball, tennis, flag football, and any other sport he can find. He also follows professional sports, most notably the NBA and NFL, of which he keeps a sports blog to record his wacky predictions of upcoming contests.
